The Mexican authorities says it has formally adhered to the World Labor Group’s Conference 189 on the rights of home workers.
The Domestic Staff Conference devices out pointers for ensuring that maids are accurate from exploitation, violence or unsafe working conditions. The Foreign Family Division mentioned Mexico formally joined the agreement Friday.
